The store's schedule, asked for in one sentence.
Maneja uses AI to prepare and manage schedules, shifts, swaps, days off and sick leave, for one store or a whole network. You review and publish; Maneja warns you when something goes against labour law in Portugal or Spain.
One store or many · Portugal and Spain · In Portuguese, Spanish and English · No commitment
Today, every store does its schedule its own way.
In a network with many stores, the same work is repeated in every store, every week.
Building the schedule
Hours on Excel sheets or on paper, fitting in each person's contract, days off and availability.
Handling the changes
Swaps, no-shows and sick leave agreed by message. The schedule on the wall is not always the latest one.
Following the rules
Breaks and contract hours checked by hand, store by store, with no overall view for whoever runs the network.
From the first sentence to the published week.
You ask for the week in plain words, the AI prepares a proposal with the contracts, days off, absences and store rules, and you decide what reaches the team.
The manager asks. The AI builds the week.
- Writes what they need in plain words, as if talking to a colleague.
- The AI proposes the whole week with the store's rules, the contracts and the absences.
- The manager reviews it, changes anything and publishes. The team sees the schedule on their phones.

Three situations from any week. Maneja gathers the information and prepares the proposal; you make the call.
The proposal brings together shifts, hours per person and coverage. Review the details before publishing.
The proposed week, ready to review.
Shifts, each person’s hours against their contract and how many people are in the store. Change anything before you publish.
Every schedule is checked before it is published.
Before you publish, Maneja checks the proposal against everything the store has to meet.

- How many people are in the store each hour
- Each person's contract hours
- Breaks, days off and absences
- Labour law in Portugal and Spain

- Rita works 32 hours a week and is off on Mondays.
- Luís does not work mornings: he studies until 12:00.
Coverage: how many people there are each hour
The team has the schedule on their phones.
Each person gets a link and installs the app, without going through the App Store or Google Play.
- Sees their shifts as soon as they are out
- Asks colleagues for swaps, and the manager approves in one tap
- Checks their hour bank balance
- Gets an alert for swap requests and for absences recorded for them
Everything on record, in every store.
Hour bank: the difference from each swap and the manager's adjustments go into each person's balance, with no side spreadsheets.
Sick leave and holidays: the shifts on those days come off the schedule and the manager sees what is left uncovered.
Network view: the owner sees the schedules and teams of every store.

Frequently asked questions
Does AI decide the schedules for me?
No. AI prepares a proposal; you review it, change whatever you like and only you publish. Nothing reaches the team without your decision.
What does it cost and how do I start?
There are no public prices and no self sign-up. You talk to us through the form, by email or by phone, we show you Maneja and present the terms for your number of stores and people. No commitment.
Will my team manage to use it?
Everyone gets a link by email and signs in without a password. They see their next shift on their phone, ask for swaps and get notifications, in Portuguese, Spanish or English. Nothing from an app store is needed: Maneja opens in the browser and can sit on the home screen like an app. Notifications depend on each person turning them on.
Does Maneja check labour law?
It warns. Each schedule is checked against the general regime of the Código do Trabalho or the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (rest, breaks, daily and weekly limits) and every warning names the article. It neither blocks nor certifies: a collective agreement can change the rules, and the company remains responsible for confirming what applies.
Is it for one store or several?
Both. Each store has its own schedule and can have several managers; the owner sees every store in the business, and one person can work in more than one store.
Does it include a time clock and payroll?
Payroll and payments, no: Maneja only handles schedules. A time clock is available as an option, enabled per company: clocking in and out, with a QR poster in the store. The hour bank tracks each person’s differences.
What about my team’s data?
Each company only sees its own data, and each person only sees what their role and stores allow. People sign in with a link sent by email, with no passwords to forget. The examples on this site are fictitious.
Shall we look at your store’s schedules?
A short conversation, no commitment. By phone, email or form: whichever is easiest.
