Maneja is for making store schedules, in a business with one store or many, in Portugal and Spain. Everyone works from the same schedule, instead of versions scattered across spreadsheets and messages.
The owner sees every store in the business. Each store's manager prepares the schedules, records days off and absences and decides on swaps. Everyone on the team sees their shifts on their phone and can ask for swaps. Each person only sees what their role and stores allow, and each business only sees its own data.
AI prepares a schedule proposal; the manager reviews it, changes whatever they like and only then publishes. Maneja warns when a schedule goes against the general regime of labour law (rest, breaks, daily and weekly limits), but it neither blocks nor certifies: a collective agreement or the employment contract can change those rules, and the business confirms what applies.
