Set up the pilot stores We create the company and, with each manager, record the opening hours, team, contracts, breaks and store rules. Invite the teams Each person gets a link by email, signs in without a password and installs Maneja on their phone, with no app store. The first weeks The manager asks the AI for the week, reviews it and publishes. We follow closely and adjust the rules to what each store needs. Yes. The pilot can have one store or several; you choose which and how many. How long does it take to get a store running? It depends on the number of people and on each store's rules. We set the timings with you in the first conversation and follow the first weeks closely. Does the team have to install anything? No. Maneja opens in the browser and can sit on the phone's home screen like an app, with no App Store or Google Play. Each person signs in with a link sent by email. Who sets up the stores? During the pilot, we do it with you: opening hours, team, contracts, breaks and rules. After that, each manager changes whatever their store needs. How much does it cost? We have no public prices.
