Staff scheduling for stores

The store's schedule, asked for in one sentence.

Maneja uses AI to prepare and manage schedules, shifts, swaps, days off and sick leave, for one store or a whole network. You review and publish; Maneja warns you when something goes against labour law in Portugal or Spain.

Today, every store does its schedule its own way.

In a network with many stores, the same work is repeated in every store, every week.

Building the schedule

Hours on Excel sheets or on paper, fitting in each person's contract, days off and availability.

Handling the changes

Swaps, no-shows and sick leave agreed by message. The schedule on the wall is not always the latest one.

Following the rules

Breaks and contract hours checked by hand, store by store, with no overall view for whoever runs the network.

The manager asks. The AI builds the week.

Writes what they need in plain words, as if talking to a colleague.

The AI proposes the whole week with the store's rules, the contracts and the absences.

The manager reviews it, changes anything and publishes. The team sees the schedule on their phones.

Ana will be on holiday. I need to reorganise next week.

With the absence recorded, the proposal considers the team’s availability. Check hours and coverage.

The absence goes into the proposal.

With Ana’s holiday recorded, the new proposal shares her shifts across the team. You confirm before publishing.

Ana’s shifts shared out; the store is still covered

Rita and Luís need to swap their Thursday shifts.

The request is organised between colleagues. With approval enabled, the manager decides before the swap is applied.

A swap, decided in one tap.

Rita asks, Luís accepts and the manager approves or declines. For each store you choose whether swaps need approval.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Call or email us.

Does AI decide the schedules for me?

No. AI prepares a proposal; you review it, change whatever you like and only you publish. Nothing reaches the team without your decision.

What does it cost and how do I start?

There are no public prices and no self sign-up. You talk to us through the form, by email or by phone, we show you Maneja and present the terms for your number of stores and people. No commitment.

Will my team manage to use it?

Everyone gets a link by email and signs in without a password. They see their next shift on their phone, ask for swaps and get notifications, in Portuguese, Spanish or English. Nothing from an app store is needed: Maneja opens in the browser and can sit on the home screen like an app. Notifications depend on each person turning them on.

Does Maneja check labour law?

It warns. Each schedule is checked against the general regime of the Código do Trabalho or the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (rest, breaks, daily and weekly limits) and every warning names the article. It neither blocks nor certifies: a collective agreement can change the rules, and the company remains responsible for confirming what applies.

Is it for one store or several?

Both. Each store has its own schedule and can have several managers; the owner sees every store in the business, and one person can work in more than one store.

Does it include a time clock and payroll?

Payroll and payments, no: Maneja only handles schedules. A time clock is available as an option, enabled per company: clocking in and out, with a QR poster in the store. The hour bank tracks each person’s differences.

What about my team’s data?

Each company only sees its own data, and each person only sees what their role and stores allow. People sign in with a link sent by email, with no passwords to forget. The examples on this site are fictitious.

Next week starts here

Shall we look at your store’s schedules?

A short conversation, no commitment. By phone, email or form: whichever is easiest.

No public prices: we present the terms once we know your operation.
